Our process begins with requirement analysis, application assessment, and system architecture planning. We study the product’s intended environment, electrical specifications, operational challenges, connectivity requirements, compliance expectations, and commercial objectives. Designing Integrated Lighting and Charging Solutions 

For commercial LED lighting, product development involves the coordinated engineering of the LED light engine, constant-current driver, optical lens, thermal management system, enclosure, surge protection, and control interface. 
Critical lighting parameters include: 

  • Luminous efficacy measured in lumens per watt  
  • Correlated Color Temperature and Color Rendering Index  
  • Beam distribution and photometric performance  
  • Unified Glare Rating and visual comfort  
  • Power factor and total harmonic distortion  
  • Ingress protection and impact resistance  
  • Junction temperature and heat dissipation  
  • 0–10V, DALI, phase-cut, or PWM dimming compatibility  

For EV charging solutions, the R&D procedure may comprise power electronics, embedded controllers, energy metering, contactor control, residual-current protection, thermal sensing, communication modules, and charging-session management. Relying on the application, technical advancements can span AC and DC charging architectures, connector interfaces, load management, user authentication, remote diagnostics, and backend connectivity. 
Communication technologies such as OCPP, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, and RFID may be evaluated according to the product and deployment requirements. 

Functional Prototyping and System Validation 

Prototyping allows our engineers to validate the product before it enters production. This may include PCB prototypes, LED optical samples, mechanical enclosures, firmware-enabled control boards, charging assemblies, sensor modules, and integrated proof-of-concept systems.

The validation process can assess not only whether a product functions, but how reliably and consistently it performs under defined operating conditions. 
Testing can evaluate: 

  • Voltage and current stability  
  • LED lumen maintenance and temperature rise  
  • Charger efficiency and power-delivery accuracy  
  • Overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection  
  • Communication latency and network reliability  
  • Sensor response and control accuracy  
  • IP protection, mechanical strength, and thermal performance  
  • Firmware behavior, fault detection, and recovery logic  

Our engineering approach focuses on identifying potential failure points during development rather than after commercialization. Design validation, component derating, tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, reliability evaluation, and failure-mode assessment can help reduce potential field failures and improve product consistency. 

Intelligent Controls and Connected Technology 

Smart controls add intelligence to both lighting and energy infrastructure. Our R&D capabilities comprise occupancy and vacancy sensing, daylight harvesting, scheduling, dimming, scene control, demand response, energy supervision, and remote device management. 

Relying on the application, systems may utilize PIR, microwave, photocell, or ambient-light sensors, amalgamated with wired or wireless communication technologies including Bluetooth Mesh, DALI, 0–10V, or gateway-based cloud connectivity. 

For EV infrastructure, intelligent controls can assist dynamic load balancing, charger availability monitoring, energy consumption analytics, fault alerts, remote firmware updates, and centralized charging-network management. 
Engineering Ideas for Scalable Production.

At Sisha Green Tech, engineering gets on innovation with manufacturability. Our teams operate across electrical design, mechanical engineering, optics, embedded firmware, software incorporation, PCB development, thermal analysis, and product testing.

Depending on the target product and market, this may include requirements associated with ETL/UL, FCC, DLC, Energy Star, BIS/IS, IEC, EMC, and other applicable standards.
