Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Deeply understand client needs and challenges, offering customized solutions that meet their specific requirements and budget.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales orders, achieving pre-established sales targets and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment and post-sales support.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new LED technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Prepare and present insightful sales reports, analyzing customer data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the lighting industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of LED lighting technology and its applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
