Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with strong 3D video creation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, animating, and producing high-quality motion graphics, visual effects, and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product presentations, brand videos, social media, and promotional content. This role requires both artistic creativity and technical proficiency in leading design and animation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual elements for digital media.
- Produce 3D animation and videos using industry-standard 3D software.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product teams to develop strong visual storytelling concepts.
- Create storyboards, style frames, animatics, and conceptual visualizations.
- Edit and enhance video content including color correction, compositing, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual outputs.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and creative technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and 3D animation.
- Proficiency in key design and animation tools, such as:
- After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Cinema 4D / Blender / Maya / 3ds Max (any major 3D software)
- Knowledge of Redshift / Octane / Arnold / Cycles (optional but a plus)
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience with video editing, compositing, and VFX.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn them into compelling visual narratives.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing motion design and 3D animation work is required.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in UI motion design or animated brand systems.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio syncing for motion content.
- Ability to work with 3D simulation, particle systems, dynamic lighting, and rigging.
- Experience developing motion graphics for AR/VR or immersive content.
